Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration / Management, Business Economics, Statistics, or any business courses
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in Real Estate, Banking / Finance, or other related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings
  • Accustomed in analysis (preferably in real estate)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
  • Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

Job Description:

  • Collect data from various sources
  • Monitor and regular update of research databases
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Assist in preparation and generation market report/presentation for clients, media and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in mentoring team of associates/interns
  • Conduct fieldwork when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
