DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, set up, and remove molds for production.
  • Ensure correct alignment, fitting, and adjustment of molds.
  • Conduct inspections and verify mold functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mold-related issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of molds.
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate with machine operators and production staff.
  • Maintain records of mold changes and adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational course preferred.
  • Experience as a Mold Setter or similar role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of mold installation, machine operation, and safety practices.
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and with problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts and under pressure
