We're looking for a for a driven and results-oriented KOL Business Development Specialist to join our growing team

Job Description:

• Identify and connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and related industries.
• Build long-term relationships - negotiate collaborations, deliverables, and compensation packages that create mutual value.
• Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs to create creative, brand-aligned content and campaigns that drive engagement and visibility.
• Track and optimize performance - monitor metrics like impressions, CPM, and engagement to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure impactful and cost-effective partnerships
• Ability to work fast and efficiently, especially when managing multiple small-scale influencer campaigns
• Professional and strategic communicator capable of handling high-value negotiations with top-tier KOLs
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all influencer levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
