Kitchen Stockman

Scope of Duties:

• Receive and unload deliveries, organize inventory in the storage area, and in the company's cold storage location.
• Properly maintain and safekeep inventory records of the restaurant inventory and property (tools and other essentials).
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness most especially the storage area.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily inventory movement, counting accurately.
• Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh and clean.
• Minor construction repairs around the store such as replacing ceiling lights.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year college
• With or without experience but must know basic cooking / kitchen work
• Must be willing to be trained
• Knowledgeable with Inventory and MS Office Programs
• Team Player and can work under pressure and a fast-paced environment
• Willing to do field work from time to time
• Must be willing to work in BGC
• Must possess a humble, teachable attitude
