Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in preparation of permitting application and negotiation with local government unit to expedite the permitting.
• Knowledgeable in ownership or property documentations of prospective or potential lessor.
• Responsible in negotiation to the lot owner and security the documents supporting the contract of lease.
• Responsible in troubleshooting to support to resolve the challenges/issues on site to support another domain.
• Responsible in monitoring of Site Acquisition and Permitting progress.
• Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day activity. Know how to plan and ensure the plan is achievable and doable.
• Willing to assign NCR, NLZ, SLZ, VIS, MIN.
• Maintain site updates on zoning and permitting in Master Tracker.
• Identification of permitted use areas, difficult jurisdictions, filling deadlines, approval time frames, application requirements and zoning codes.
• Knowledgeable in SAQ Tower, HOA, Brgy., Zoning, LGU, DENR, DOLE ELECTRIC COOP & knowledgeable in TELECOM PERMITTING.
• Hunting of Cell Site location discovery as per requirement.
• Handling end to end process related to Building Permit Application (Application of permit for telecom site construction) including ensuring Social Acceptability from the community by creating and spreading awareness about telecom cell sites in order to obtain local permits related to construction of cell sites/telecom towers).
• End to End handling of RPT (Real Property Tax) application.
• Would be working closely with Deployment and Contract & Negotiation Department.

Job Requirements

• College Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 2-3 years work experience as SAQ/Permitting Officer in the Telecom industry
• Amenable to drive 4 wheels vehicle and with valid driver's license
• Willing to do field work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
