Job Summary:

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for improving quality processes, ensuring product and process consistency, and supporting the implementation of quality management systems (QMS). The role involves analyzing workflows, identifying areas for process improvement, and assisting in the continuous enhancement of productivity and quality performance across departments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with quality engineers and production teams to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards.
  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards or company policies.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control plans.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in internal audits, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics departments to ensure quality objectives align with operational goals.
  • Recommend tools, layouts, or methods to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support training initiatives related to process improvement, quality awareness, and lean methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in quality, manufacturing, or process improvement roles
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality management frameworks is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with data analysis or process improvement tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
