JOB SUMMARY :

The Planogram Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing planograms that optimize product placement and space utilization in stores. This role ensures compliance with merchandising standards and supports assortment strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Planogram Development and Maintenance

2. Design and update planograms based on assortment plans, promotional activities, and store lay outs.

3. Ensure planograms reflect current product mix and strategic merchandising objectives.

4. Execution and Compliance

5. Coordinate with store teams to implement planograms accurately and on time.

6. Validate compliance through audits and provide corrective actions where necessary.

7. Assortment & Space Optimization

8. Analyze sales and inventory data to recommend adjustments for optimal shelf space allocation

9. Support "1-in-1-out" assortment principle by aligning planograms with SKU changes.

4.Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with Buying , Merchandising, and Inventory Control teams to align planograms with OTB an promotional plans.
• Prepare reports on planogram compliance and effectiveness in driving sales and margin

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Work Experience/Skills :

-Proficiency in planogram software and MS Excel

-Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret sales and inventory data
