About the role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Leslie Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing initiatives and driving data-driven decision making. In this full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing marketing operations, analyzing market trends, and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing tools and templates
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and content
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's marketing roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related course
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
