Broadcast Associate

The Broadcast Associate will use his/her technical expertise to put shows on the air. This role will be responsible in managing all broadcast logistics that include schedule, overlays, and technical requirements for an event. The Broadcast Associate will be primarily responsible for the graphical information included on each event deployment. Additional duties include working with the Production staff and Director/AD in executing the daily on-air graphic presentation of the show, and the opportunity to work on high-end editing roles.
Responsibilities:
● Manage all broadcast logistics, including schedule, overlays, and technical requirements in preparation for event
● Capable of acting as the show director for AA level production
● Responsible for Technical planning and execution of a show
● Assist on documentation, simplifying and improving production workflow processes
● Stay on top of technology issues and workaround, reports to Broadcast Supervisor and Head for issues that needs immediate action.
● Takes part or lead in technical planning and execution of a show
● Researches other esports events and share best practices
● Works closely with the production teams and other teams across other Business Units
local and International to develop new and existing broadcast features
● Participates in onsite execution and delivery of event
● Adheres to technical knowledge base as suggested by the Broadcast Head or Supervisor
● Assist on communicating, feedback and escalating technical issues in support of Senior
Broadcast Engineer
● Anticipate project issues/risks and clearly communicate resolutions to the marketing team and management
● Responsible for maintaining technical knowledge base
● Adaptive on Broadcast Assets Preparation and Truck Prod Equipment System
● Fast learner on Broadcast equipment, checklist and inventory management
● Capable on Technical Run of Show, Audio and Video Diagram
● Can Operate Mixing/Gfx PC, Livestream PC and Game Observer PC
● Creative on 2d animation for assets layout
● Helpful on Ingress/Set up and Egress/Wrap up

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
