  1. To ensure that audit policies and procedures by the Management are being followed.

  2. To develop, implement internal control systems.

  3. Review the means of safeguarding assets from various types of losses, such as those resulting from theft, fire, improper or illegal activities and exposure to the elements and, as appropriate, verify the existence of such assets.

  4. Make sure that billings to clients/customers are in accordance with the contract and with the existing/current rate being approved by the management.

  5. Make sure that implementation of substantive audit with regards to suppliers.

To make sure that verification of the following be done correctly and on a regular basis;

  1. Transfer of fund to one bank to another bank

  2. Advances from Officers/Sister companies

  3. Daily deposit of proceeds of sales from outlet stores and resorts

  4. Liquidation of cash advances

  5. To spot check audit of payroll of all sales staff, office employees and security guards. To prepare reports if there are any discrepancies in absences or late arrival of all employees viz a viz amount paid.

  6. Monitor daily activities of the stores.

  7. Analyze inventory and consolidate goods for deliveries if necessary

  8. Supervise warehouse

  9. Purchase required stocks

  10. Doing research for new models and designs

  11. Senior Citizen and PWD's are welcome to apply as long as fit to work.
