  • Must have 5yrs experience in Hand over works.
  • With at least 2-3 years of working experience in Mid to High Rise Building Construction, focused on Architectural Finishing.
  • Review plans and materials specifications, execute and prepare material samples, and submittal for owner's/ consultant's approval.
  • Monitors the progress and effectiveness of the project management system and recommends any improvements when required.
  • Conducts or facilitates the necessary tests required by the project.
  • Perform inspection works at the site, punch listing, checking, and prioritizing the work approval/ acceptance.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila
