We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented video editor to join our YouTube team. The channel is called Earn Your Audience — a strategic YouTube channel teaching entrepreneurs and small business owners how to grow a high-trust YouTube presence that turns viewers into clients.

This isn't your typical "viral" YouTube content — our videos are clear, professional, educational, and made to build authority and trust.

We need someone who can take raw talking-head footage (with good lighting and sound) and elevate it through clean pacing, smooth zooms/crops, tasteful text overlays, and b-roll that matches the script. Think Ali Abdaal, Vanessa Lau, Pat Flynn, Dan Koe — that style.

???? What You'll Do:
Edit 1 video per week (8–12 minutes long)

Add B-roll, zooms, punch-ins, light motion graphics, and text overlays where appropriate

Maintain a clean, calm, strategic style — no meme-style jump-cuts

Ensure good pacing, retention, and flow

Reference videos ( this is the style I'm going for )

Strong portfolio with YouTube content examples (authority/business/education a huge plus)

Excellent English comprehension (you need to understand tone/context to edit well)

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

Ability to turn around one video within 4–5 days

Familiar with YouTube pacing and retention-based editing

Open to collaboration and feedback
