Position Title : Strategic Account Manager

Reports To : Solutions Division Head

Department/Section : Solutions

2. JOB SUMMARY

Under the general supervision of the Solutions Division Head, the Strategic Account Manager supervises personnel engaged in Account services and will act primarily as End-Users Consultant.

3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Generates sales portfolio.

  2. Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.

  3. Prepare and implement promotional and marketing plans for key accounts in consultation with other managers to meet business objectives.

  4. Monitor the progress towards the achievement of short-, long-term sales and business objectives.

  5. Monitor competitor activity in relation to national accounts and ensure that the appropriate responses are developed to any perceived threats to business.

  6. Verify new sales opportunities within existing portfolio of accounts and identify additional business opportunities.

  7. Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfactions and needs with company products.

  8. Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.

  9. Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.

  10. Leading and training other members of the account team.

  11. Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored.

  12. Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

  13. Maintain an awareness of developments in sales generation and product development.

4. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Preferably College graduate in Business Management or other related courses, with at least 5 years working experience in similar capacity, thorough product knowledge; excellent communication and sales skills; a proven sales record is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
