Job Summary:

The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and reliable transportation for the employer and their family. This includes daily commutes, errands, school drop-offs, and occasional out-of-town trips. The driver must ensure the vehicle is always in excellent condition and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive the employer and family members to various destinations (e.g., office, school, events, appointments).
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on schedules provided.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle—both interior and exterior.
  • Conduct regular checks and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
  • Follow traffic rules, road safety, and defensive driving practices at all times.
  • Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, package pick-up, or deliveries.
  • Keep a daily travel log (if required).
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the employer's activities.
  • Handle minor mechanical issues or coordinate with service centers for maintenance.
  • Assist with loading/unloading packages or luggage when needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a personal or company driver.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila roads and alternate routes; knowledge of provincial routes is a plus.
  • Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
  • Trustworthy, courteous, punctual, and well-groomed.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours if needed.

  • Patient and calm under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle troubleshooting.
  • Can follow instructions well and respect privacy boundaries.
