We are hiring multiple Business Analyst positions to support key strategic projects within the bank. These roles include:

1) Senior Business Analyst (Trust Domain)

2) Business Systems Analyst (Mid–Senior) – Collections System Replacement

You may be considered for either role based on your expertise and experience. Please indicate which role you are applying for in your application.


Role 1: Sr. Business Analyst (w/ Trust Domain knowledge)
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders
  • Define business processes in consultation with business users
  • Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project requirements documentation
  • Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
  • Coordinate with testing teams and support User Acceptance Testing
  • Monitor and manage bug fixes/issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Engage with vendors for requirements elaboration, solution design, QA, and issue resolution
  • Apply Trust domain knowledge to drive solution design and implementation
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into workable solutions
  • Hands-on experience with testing and UAT coordination
  • Experience working with vendors and managing deliverables
  • Trust domain expertise is required

Role 2: Business Systems Analyst (Mid–Senior) – Collections System Replacement
Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements
  • Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
  • Analyze current state processes and define future state workflows

Systems Design & Solutioning

  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and configurations
  • Validate feasibility with technical teams and vendors
  • Define integration requirements with upstream/downstream systems

Project Delivery Support

  • Support SIT & UAT planning, test scenario creation, test case development, and defect management
  • Support migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with external solution providers to clarify requirements and validate deliverables

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain documentation including functional requirements, design documents, and interface specs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to collections and credit risk

Post Implementation Support

  • Support training, stabilization, and issue resolution post go-live
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Collections Management Systems
  • Knowledge of core banking collections concepts (delinquency, past due buckets, PTP, restructuring, write-offs, payment posting)
  • Experience in interface mapping and data integration across banking systems
  • Ability to interpret SQL, data models, and data mapping logic
  • Familiarity with API integrations, batch processing, and data migration
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies

General Requirements (Both Roles)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analyst or Systems Analyst roles (banking/financial services preferred)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams
