Dispatcher

Job Description:

Use radio/hand signals to direct drivers and operators to the appropriate areas.

Maintain and update records of all vehicles entering and exiting the central.

Responsible for daily flow of traffic.

Coordinate with PNP anfd LGU's for traffic matters and violations.

Coordinate the movements of vehicles entering and leaving the central terminal.

Handle customer's requests and complaints.

Perform a wide variety of clerical work including checking, recording information, preparing logs and maintain records of all vehicles entering and exiting the central terminal.

Monitor the route and status of drivers and operations.

Compile and prepare reports and master copies.

Analyze situations and adopts an effective course of action.

Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any vocational course or Senior High School

Atleast 1 yr of dispatch experience preferred.

Good communication skills.
