Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production & Quality Monitoring Specialist to oversee and optimize our manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality standards, and supporting production planning and manpower optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Swap, DOA/DAP Ratios, and L4 Contribution to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Monitor Team FROP, UPPD, and Fulfillment Ratios for performance tracking.
  • Conduct manpower analysis, forecasting, optimization, and planning; coordinate recruitment and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure error-free receipt and delivery processes, maintaining proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Track and control the consumption of high-value materials.
  • Monitor SP PCBA Recovery Ratio to improve yield and reduce waste.
  • Conduct bounce analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress.
  • Perform maintenance and technical specification inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Control RWR, CSAT, DSAT, income, and TAT metrics to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee L4 product productivity, bounce gap monitoring, and tracking.
  • Monitor PCBA team productivity and individual contributions.
  • Prepare production schedules and organize staff deployment effectively.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, maintain 5S standards, and coordinate ongoing operational improvements.
  • Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy to prevent discrepancies and optimize stock management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in production, quality control, or supply chain management is preferred.
