Key Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles (van, truck, or motorcycle) to transport goods to assigned customers or outlets.

Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products based on delivery invoices.

Assist in loading and unloading of products, ensuring proper handling to minimize damage.

Verify delivery documents, secure customer signatures, and issue receipts as required.

Collect payments or documents from customers (if applicable) and remit promptly to the office.

Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.

Comply with traffic rules, safety standards, and company delivery policies.

Report delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or delivery discrepancies to the supervisor.

Maintain delivery records, trip logs, and mileage reports.

Provide courteous and professional customer service at every delivery point.

Safeguard company vehicle, goods, and other assigned assets.
