Pondo Pinoy Lending Corp. is looking for a TELECOLLECTOR.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
  • Handle questions or complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • At least 1 year full experience as Tele-collector
  • Proficiency in back office support, strong problem-solving abilities, good communication, and technical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office Environment; Possible Remote Work options.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathetic, patient, and a team player.
