Aesthetic Nurse for KCC Gensan

JOB QUALIFICATION:

-Must be a Registered Nurse and hold an active license.

-Additional training or certifications in aesthetic procedures may be required (IV training).

-Experience in aesthetic or cosmetic nursing is highly preferred but not required. This may include working in a medical spa, dermatology office, or plastic surgery practice.

-Familiarity with injectables, laser technologies, and other cosmetic treatments is a major asset.

-Ability to explain procedures, side effects, and expected outcomes to patients in a clear and reassuring manner.

-Proficiency in assessing patients, providing injections (Botox, dermal fillers), and performing other aesthetic procedures.

-Ability to engage with patients, provide consultations, and manage their expectations for results.

-Must be willing to be trained in Makati (with allowance)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Conduct consultations to assess patient needs, understand their aesthetic goals, and recommend appropriate treatments.

-Provide detailed information on procedures, aftercare, potential risks, and expected outcomes, helping patients make informed decisions.

-Ensure all procedures are performed in a sterile environment to minimize risks of infection or complications.

-Track and evaluate patient progress post-treatment, offering follow-up care and addressing any concerns.

-Often assist in promoting aesthetic services offered by the practice, helping patients understand available treatment options and their benefits.

-Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with patients' personal information and treatment outcomes.

-A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.

-Build rapport with patients, address their concerns, and maintain a high level of patient care.
