About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Promodiser to join our team in Carcar City, Cebu. As a Promodiser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to our valued clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Promodiser Duties & Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion & Selling

  • Promote assigned products to customers.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions.

  • Customer Service

  • Greet and attend to customer inquiries.

  • Provide product recommendations and assistance.
  • Handle basic customer complaints or concerns courteously.

  • Merchandising & Display

  • Ensure products are properly displayed and well-stocked.

  • Arrange items according to brand guidelines (planogram).
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display area.

  • Inventory Monitoring

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

  • Assist in receiving deliveries and checking product quality.
  • Conduct inventory counts as required.

  • Sales Reporting

  • Record daily sales and product movement.

  • Submit reports to the supervisor or sales coordinator.

  • Brand Representation

  • Uphold company/brand image by following grooming standards.

  • Participate in promotions, product launches, or events.

  • Compliance & Store Coordination

  • Follow store rules and company policies.

  • Coordinate with store personnel and store management for promotional activities.

What we're looking for

  • Must have proven experience in Sales or as Promodiser before.
  • Must be amenable to travel in different site in Cebu with allowances provided by the company
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Oriented and can handle inquiries professionally
  • Amenable to start ASAP.
