Responsibilities:

  • Understand our product/service's technical features, functionalities and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and aligning product offerings with their requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance, and post-sales support to customers, conduct presentations to showcase product features, and the value of our solutions·
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings; and give active feedback and insights to the team.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as sales engineer or similar role
  • Strong technical background to understand technical concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, to identify customer needs and propose solutions accordingly
  • Self-motivated, target driven, able to work independently and collaboratively as a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office's tools is a must
  • Proficiency in CAD drawing software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Willing to travel around to meet customers
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php27, Php40,000.00 per month
