I. REASON FOR EXISTENCE OF POSITION

Assist the IBR Supervisor in managing luggage (i.e. rush / switch / left behind baggage) and effectively distribute release to the passenger

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Report to IBR Supervisor

  2. Accepts / release Rush/ Switch/ Left Behind Baggage to IBR.

  3. Ensure accurate releasing of Rush/ Switch/ Left Behind Baggage from IBR.

  4. Coordinate with Customs or Quarantine if baggage has any discrepancy.

  5. Assist in coordinating to Airlines for their baggage at the IBR.

III. COMPETENCIES

  3. Ability to work under pressure and work well with the team

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must be a college graduate.

  2. Must have at least 1 year experience in airline/ aviation operations.

  3. Proficient in oral and written communications.

  4. Must have good planning & organization skills

  5. Must have good leadership skills and command

  6. Must have excellent people skills

  7. Must have excellent customer service skills
