The role also involves gathering customer feedback, reporting on market trends, and collaborating with store teams.

Core responsibilities

• Sales and promotion:

Actively promote and sell appliances by engaging customers, explaining features, and helping them make purchase decisions.
- Product demonstrations:

Confidently demonstrate how appliances work for individual customers or groups.
- Sales targets:

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store or brand.
- Customer service:

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Visual merchandising:

Maintain product displays to be attractive and well-organized, and ensure products are properly stocked and presented.
- Feedback and reporting:

Gather customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activities to management.
- In-store activities:

Participate in promotional events, marketing campaigns, and in-store activities to increase brand visibility.
- Record keeping:

Keep records of sales activities and prepare daily sales reports.

Required skills and qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, listen to customer needs, and build rapport.
• Confidence and enthusiasm: Comfortable with public speaking and presenting products with energy and clarity.
