Overview

We are looking for a skilled
Travel Agent / Booking Specialist
with strong experience in handling travel reservations, ticketing, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in travel systems, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end booking for flights, hotels, transportation, and travel packages.
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, itinerary planning, and reservation changes.
  • Process ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Utilize
    GTS/GDS systems
    for booking and managing travel reservations.
  • Ensure accuracy of travel details, pricing, and documentation.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to clients.
  • Maintain records of bookings, invoicing, and client preferences.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience
    as a Travel Agent or Booking Specialist.
  • Must have hands-on experience in booking tickets
    (airline, hotel, or related travel services).
  • Required:
    Experience using
    GTS or GDS platforms
    (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple bookings and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving travel-related concerns or booking errors.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations, policies, and visa requirements.
  • Ability to upsell travel packages and add-on services.
