  • Work on detailing on the product design with cross-functional teams to ensure all regulatory & commercial requirements are included in builds.

  • Creates user stories and ensures that business requirements, functionality and basic usability principles are incorporated.

  • Collaborates  with the Squad, Tribe, Portfolio Management to ensure builds are delivered on spec and on-time, that resources to design and deliver new features and enhancements that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Creates the iteration plan and features roadmap quarterly for the assigned products and processes/experiences. 

  • Keeps abreast of competitor products and industry trends and looks for opportunities to further improve the digital customer experience.
