We Are Hiring Research & Development Officer (Beverage - New Product Management)

The ideal candidate will manage one or more product category, with minimal supervision, in the delivery of identified product initiatives according to defined and agreed strategies, steps, and measures for product, package, and/or process development requirements

What we're looking for:

» Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Chemical Engineering or related field.

» At least 5 years FMCG R&D experience with proven new product launches.

» Strong skills in formulation, pilot testing, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.

» Familiarity with FDA and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).

» Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to communicate technical findings clearly.

» Innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Working Set-Up:

» Marilao, Bulacan Office

» Work Schedule: May have an option to choose from 7am-5pm, 8am-6pm, 9am-7pm
