Role Description

We are looking for a driven, commercially savvy
Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing and managing sponsorship opportunities across W.Media's portfolio of events and media products, partnering with some of the most influential digital infrastructure brands across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with prospective sponsors and exhibitors across digital infrastructure sectors
  • Pitch and close sponsorship packages for regional and international events, awards, and media solution campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, production) to customize integrated sponsorship proposals that align with client goals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring repeat engagement and long-term value
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new events and sponsorship assets
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging tech sectors relevant to our sponsorship ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
