About the role

Join the team at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation as a full-time Factory Helper in our Quezon City, Metro Manila facility. In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth production of our high-quality cosmetic products.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with various assembly and production tasks in the factory
  • Perform manual handling and transportation of materials, components and finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhere to all health, safety and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Participate in training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
