Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Associate to assist customers, promote products, and ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience. This role also supports daily store operations and helps achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and help them find products.
  • Share product details and make recommendations.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and stock levels.
  • Process payments accurately.
  • Meet individual and store sales goals.
  • Address customer concerns professionally.
  • Follow store policies and service standards.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience (retail experience is a plus).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and sales-driven.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php570.00 per day
