·       Proactively reach out to prospects in the trading services market to generate leads

·       Engage with potential and existing traders to understand their needs, explain product offerings, and highlight the value of trading services to drive successful conversions.

·       Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, pricing quotations, and timely follow-up communications aligned with trading industry standards.

·       Manage client contracts, perform consistent follow-ups, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure smooth handoffs to account management, compliance, and support teams.

·       Guide clients through the account opening, KYC, and onboarding processes while coordinating with compliance and support teams.

·       Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics specific to trading service acquisition and retention.

·       Maintain an organized sales process by tracking opportunities, monitoring client pipelines, and updating CRM systems with accurate trading-related information.

·       Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and trading operations teams to align on client needs, regulatory requirements, and market insights, providing valuable feedback to improve offerings.

Qualifications

·       English/Korean– Written and Verbal language proficiency in both languages

·       Proven experience in sales within the financial trading industry is highly required.

·       Strong knowledge of trading platforms, spreads, market terminology, and basic trading principles.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

·       Candidate must have completed Bachelor's degree
