IT Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven background in project management, IT network security, and software development.
• Strong knowledge of systems design, database management, and emerging IT trends and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and deliver innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, and manage the IT department in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including databases, systems, networks, software, and security protocols.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, strategies, and programs to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and organizational security.
• Supervise and guide the software development lifecycle, ensuring the creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications that meet business needs.
• Identify potential risks, propose preventive measures, and implement cost-effective solutions to safeguard company resources.
• Enhance business operations by providing robust, efficient, and secure IT systems and communication tools that support management in effective decision-making.
• Foster innovation by staying updated on the latest technology trends and recommending solutions that align with organizational goals.
