About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facialist / Aesthetician to join our dynamic team at Best Reliable Resources Internationale' in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Facialist / Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our valued customers. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn competitive compensation plus incentives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Performing a wide range of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, and masking, to address clients' specific skincare needs
  • Conducting thorough skin analyses and developing customized treatment plans for each client
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations on skincare products and home care routines
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the aesthetics industry

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Facialist / Aesthetician in a professional setting
  • Excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on the skin
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized, high-quality treatments
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • A passionate and enthusiastic approach to the aesthetics industry
  • With NC2 or any certification on the related field
