Full-Stack Web Developer

Basic Function:

The Full-Stack Digital Marketing Specialist plays a dual role in driving high-performing digital advertising campaigns and enhancing website performance to support lead generation and business growth. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing Google and LinkedIn ads, along with strong technical skills in developing and optimizing websites using WordPress/Webflow. By bridging performance marketing and web development, the specialist ensures cohesive execution across paid campaigns and digital platforms. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with website functionality, ensuring all digital touchpoints are optimized for both SEO and conversions.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Website Development:

• Customize and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, and other web development tools with proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly web pages optimized for performance and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools (e.g., analytics, payment gateways) into the websites.
• Optimize landing pages for ad campaigns to improve conversion rates.

Digital Advertising:

• Design, launch, and manage PPC and display ad campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics, tracking KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, A/B testing, and audience refinement.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work with stakeholders to align website functionality and ad campaigns with business goals.
• Provide regular reports on website performance and campaign results, offering actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on website development trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.

Other Sales & Marketing duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation efforts by providing website updates, advertising support, and performance reporting to ensure campaign execution aligns with marketing goals.
• Ensure the safekeeping, organization, and proper management of all marketing assets, digital files, and related equipment.
• Support administrative tasks such as clerical work, document filing, and maintenance of campaign records for both the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Perform data entry and reporting activities to track marketing campaign performance across advertising platforms and website analytics.
• Provide general marketing support as needed, especially during the absence or leave of other team members.

Quality & Information Security Management

• Adhere to Infinit-O's information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures.
• Protect client-supplied and generated-for-client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
• Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular processes or activities related to information security.
• Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in website development and digital advertising, with proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with WordPress themes (e.g., Divi, Elementor) and plugins (e.g., Yoast SEO, WP Rocket).
• Knowledge of website security and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with PPC tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
• Understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.
• Certifications: Google Ads Certification or website development-related certifications (e.g., WP Developer Certification) are a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Experienced working in a B2B environment
