About the Role:

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about providing top-notch support? We're looking for an IT, Projects & Operational Support Specialist to support our Software Engineering team, manage projects, and ensure smooth operations—especially for our high-profile clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are handled with the highest priority.
  • Support IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across teams.
  • Assist the Software Engineering team with project coordination, tracking progress, and managing deadlines.
  • Help document procedures, create and maintain a company wiki, and make internal knowledge easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, tools, and processes.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, primarily for internal coordination and documentation, with occasional client interaction.
  • Experience in IT, project support, or operational coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with software engineering teams and technical processes.
  • Detail-oriented with experience creating documentation, process guides, or wikis.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
