Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and supervise a team of CCTV technicians, ensuring adherence to installation procedures and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the installation of CCTV cameras, access control devices, and other components of security systems.
• System Configuration: Oversee the proper installation, configuration, and setup of analog and IP-based CCTV systems.
• Site Surveys and Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and finalize the tools and approach for installation.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing technical support and ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of installed systems.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients, offering technical solutions and addressing their security concerns.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a service technician or installer in the security or telecommunications industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in installing and maintaining analog and IP-based video surveillance systems.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a technical team effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation and operation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
