About the Role

We are looking for an
Application Engineer - ServiceNow
with 5–6 years of solid experience in managing software assets, integrating SaaS platforms, and building insightful Power BI dashboards. This is a
remote, full-time contractual role
(6–12 months) with a high possibility of extension or absorption into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow SAM Pro.
  • Lead and manage software asset management lifecycle processes.
  • Handle SaaS and direct profile integrations.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualization reports.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets from data lakes and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to process automation and scripting using SQL, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
  • Support project management and technical coordination activities.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in IT, specifically in Software Asset Management.
  • Proficiency in
    ServiceNow SAM Pro
    .
  • Experience in
    SaaS integration
    and profile management.
  • Strong understanding of
    software license management
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Power BI dashboards
    .
  • Fundamental scripting experience (SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of
    data lakes, pipelines, APIs, and authentication
    .

Good-to-Have

  • Familiarity with
    Azure services
    , Entra ID, roles, and permissions.
  • Experience with
    low-code platforms
    or
    ServiceNow Flow
    .
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
