Product Understanding & Differentiation

  • Review each product in detail (ingredients, formulation, benefits, story).
  • Identify what makes it truly special or emotionally relevant to Filipino consumers.
  • Translate product features into sensory or emotional descriptions (e.g., "It's like giving your skin a glass of cold milk every morning.")

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Study the competitive landscape: what other brands are saying, what feels repetitive, and where differentiation can be found.
  • Identify "counter-beliefs" — e.g., if every brand says "whitening," you might position your product around "natural glow restoration."

Consumer Insight & Emotional Mapping

  • Understand what the consumer feels before, during, and after using the product.
  • Find emotional triggers that can shift consumer perception or create deeper loyalty.

Belief Extraction

  • Convert the product truth and insights into one Core Belief Statement — the main emotional takeaway that every piece of content must reflect.
  • Example: "Scrubbing shouldn't feel like work — it should feel like a ritual that resets your skin and your mood."

Strategic Handoff to Content Team

  • Present and explain your Core Belief Statement to the Content Strategists.
  • Collaborate to ensure that the hooks, storylines, and tone of each video reflect this belief consistently.

Belief Consistency Audits

  • After execution, review final content and check if the emotion and message still align with the original Core Belief.
  • Provide feedback to improve storytelling alignment.

Research, Testing, and Adaptation

  • Occasionally run message tests internally or across short content samples to identify which belief framing resonates strongest.
