Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with sellers.
• Follow up calls on group sales.
• Inform sellers of any meeting, assemblies, marketing activities.
• Ensure that all promos and other announcements are properly disseminated to all sellers.
• Prepares sales proposal.
• Manages Sales/Marketing Petty Cash fund.
• Organizes sellers events such as recognition, achievements, etc.
• Arrange for Seller and client site trippings.
• Monitors, replenishes/produces and releases marketing collaterals.
• Assist in sales training.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports on sales production and recruitment.
• Records and updates seller's information.
• Prepares and distributes Authority to sell and identification cards to sellers.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Marketing, Mass Communication, or any four-year Management course
• Customer service-oriented
• Highly attentive to details and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work in Gapan, Nueva Ecija
• Willing to be employed under a Manpower Agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gapan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
