Position: PROJECT ARCHITECT (URGENT)
Location: WASHINGTON AGRIVENTURES, CUTCOT, PULILAN, BULACAN
We are seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take charge of architectural projects from conceptual design to construction completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and our internal design team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
- Develop and translate design concepts into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable solutions.
- Prepare and oversee architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government/regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to maintain design integrity.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Knowledge in Interior Design is an advantage.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
