Barista

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks to customers
• Operating and maintaining espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other bar equipment
• Providing excellent customer service, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• At least 6 months to year of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages, including an understanding of flavor profiles, brewing techniques, and latte art
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
