Responsibilities

A. Occupational Health Services

  • Administer first aid and emergency care to injured or ill employees within the plant.
  • Conduct pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.
  • Maintain updated employee medical and health records with confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Health Standards and DOH workplace clinic requirements.

B. Occupational Safety and Compliance

  • Assist the Safety Officer in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.
  • Participate in safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
  • Monitor and report health-related incidents, accidents, and near-misses.

C. Human Resources Support

  • Assist HR in administering health-related benefits (HMO, insurance, sick leave).
  • Support HR wellness and employee engagement programs.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs, focusing on health and safety policies..

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
  • Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses certification (from OSHC or accredited training provider).
  • At least 1–3 yearsof experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills..

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
  • Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses certification (from OSHC or accredited training provider).
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of DOLE, DOH, and OSHC regulations.
