Social Worker

The Registered Social Worker is responsible for providing professional social services to the beneficiaries of The Camillian Fathers, Inc. and the St. Camillus Polyclinic Charity Foundation of the Camillian Fathers. The role ensures systematic donor and beneficiary relations, proper program documentation, compliance with government and accrediting bodies, and the delivery of psychosocial support services. The Social Worker also takes charge of processing and maintaining the foundation's accreditation and certification with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Duties and Responsibilities Aligns all functions with the mission and vision of The Camillian Fathers, Inc., St. Camillus Polyclinic Charity Foundation, and the Philanthropic Development Office (PDO). Establishes and maintains professional and systematic donor–donee relations with local and international partners (e.g., Camillian Giving Circle, PCNC, etc.) to support Camillian advocacies. Builds and sustains professional relations with beneficiaries such as seminarians, patients, families, and program recipients (e.g., Care for the Carers, Laon-Laan, etc.). Coordinates with other departments and Camillian Institutions for requests, documentation, and collaborative activities. Prepares documentation and maintains records for fundraising events, social services, and program strategies. Prepares, collates, and submits periodic reports and annual social service reports for internal and external stakeholders for both The Camillian Father's Inc. and St. Camillus Polyclinic Charity Foundation. Ensures accreditation, compliance, and renewal of registration with agencies such as PCNC, SEC, and DSWD, including the processing and updating of the Foundation's DSWD Certificate of Accreditation. Conducts case assessment of clients and beneficiaries, formulates intervention plans, and makes recommendations to the PDO Head and Executive Director. Strengthens networks and partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and partner institutions to enhance program development and service delivery. Performs other duties and responsibilities related to and/or implied from the above functions, as may be assigned. Qualifications Licensed Social Worker (RSW) with a valid PRC license Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Preferably with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in social work, NGO, or community development Knowledgeable in DSWD accreditation processes and requirements Experience in donor relations, program documentation, and government compliance an advantage Strong communication, counseling, and case management skills Core Competencies Professionalism and ethical practice Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Organizational and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Commitment to the Camillian mission and advocacies

Work Environment Based at the Philanthropic Development Office and St. Camillus Polyclinic Charity Foundation (St. Camillus Medical Center) Fieldwork may be required for outreach programs, client assessment, and government agency coordination May be required to work on weekends or holidays depending on program or event needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
