Position Overview

This position is responsible for creating smooth and engaging live selling experiences by coordinating with sellers and the ad specialist, monitoring real-time performance, and managing livestream equipment. At the same time, the role provides essential IT support to keep Dood overall devices, systems, and connectivity running efficiently. This hybrid role requires attention to detail, quick problem-solving, and strong coordination skills to maximize both sales performance and operational efficiency.

Live Moderator Job Duties

  • Will be responsible for ensuring smooth and engaging live selling sessions by:

  • Monitoring and interpreting the live dashboard in real time.

  • Relaying vital information to live sellers and the ad specialist to drive better engagement and execution.

  • Checking and implementing third-party or ad specialist recommendations during the live.

  • Managing the technical aspects of the stream (camera, lighting, sound, microphone, dashboard).

  • Monitor viewer engagement, pinned items, stock alerts, and campaign promos continuously to optimize sales performance.

  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly post-live reports covering:

  • Audience engagement trends

  • Technical issues encountered

  • Actionable recommendations for live improvement

IT Support Duties

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for live session tools (PCs, tablets, cameras, lighting, microphones).

  • Ensure stable internet connectivity and resolve basic network issues.

  • Support staff with IT concerns (log-ins, email access, printer, devices) both for studio and warehouse.

  • Maintain an updated inventory of studio IT equipment and accessories.

  • Minor related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Background in live selling, e-commerce, or IT support is preferred.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing livestream dashboards and equipment.

  • Strong multitasking, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Work Setup

  • Full-time, onsite at Dood Studio

  • Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Lunch Break: 12:00 NN – 1:00 PM
