Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warranty Clerk based in Muntinlupa City. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership requirements, and maintaining accurate records. Additional tasks include verifying customer and vehicle information, liaising with service providers or manufacturers for claim approvals, and providing excellent customer service to address warranty-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client inquiries and build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Communication, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, service providers, and team members.
  • Experience with Warranty administration and processes, including claim submissions and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Basic Computer Literacy to manage records, use dealership management systems, and generate reports.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in automotive or warranty processing is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or relevant certification; additional training or coursework is a plus.
