Best Tools is hiring a Technician for our Valencia branch.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and skilled technician to handle maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of industrial tools, machinery, and related equipment. This role is crucial for smooth store operations, excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial tools, power equipment, and machinery.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams accurately.
• Maintain detailed and precise maintenance and service records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations consistently.
• Collaborate with team members and assist customers with technical concerns.
• Repair electric and cordless power tools.
• Service air compressors and water pumps.
• Maintain engines, generators, inverters, and welding machines.
• Conduct preventive repairs and upkeep.
• Prepare thorough assessment and repair reports.
• Previous experience in a service center is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant technical experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledgeable with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a cooperative team player.

Additional Requirement:

Willing to attend technical training in Metro Manila.
