Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Collection
  • Prepare invoices for project installations and service jobs.
  • Follow up collections and update AR records.
  • Issue official receipts and maintain billing files.
2. Accounts Payable
  • Process supplier invoices, subcontractor billings, and technician reimbursements.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist in payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on discrepancies.
3. Payroll Processing
  • Gather and verify daily time records of staff and technicians.
  • Prepare payroll summaries (overtime, allowances, deductions).
  • Maintain confidential and accurate payroll files.
4. General Accounting
  • Record daily sales, expenses, and project costs.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing.
  • Support preparation of financial statements (FS).
5. Tax Compliance
  • Assist in preparing and filing BIR forms (VAT, EWT, FWT, 2307, 2316).
  • Support preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
  • Maintain accurate tax and compliance records for audits.
6. Inventory & Document Monitoring
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for materials, parts, and tools movement.
  • Organize DRs, POs, service reports, and job orders.
7. Administrative Support
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Technicians, and Warehouse for proper documentation.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course.
  • Knowledge in accounting, payroll, FS preparation, and tax filing.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
