Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Food Server members to provide outstanding service to our guests. As part of a startup restaurant, you'll help shape the customer experience and may occasionally assist in other areas as needed. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to contribute to a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle concerns or requests politely
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain overall cleanliness
• Process payments and issue receipts using the POS system
• Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
• Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned
• Support other team members during busy hours, including minor kitchen or cashier tasks when needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile
• Able to work well under pressure and on your feet for extended periods
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
