Responsibilities:

- Must be comfortable handling department phone calls and managing department emails.
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks.
- Handle payroll and ensure accurate payments.
- Create invoices and billing with precision.
- Keep records up-to-date with fast data entry.
- Utilize MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills are required.
- 2+ Years of US (remote) Accounting Assistant experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Experience with payroll and billing.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
