Responsibilities:

·      Analyze, design, and implement SAP technical solutions to achieve business goals.

·      Work with onshore teams or directly with clients, review code, gather requirements, and ensure software systems are robust and well-documented.

·      For HANA-focused roles, you will also extend data models, work with CDS views, and modernize RICEFW to align with a Clean Core approach.

·      Focus on developing, designing, and implementing strategies to transform an organization's sourcing and data practices.

·      Lead diagnostic activities, develop new strategies and organizational designs, and manage client relationships to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

·      Design and deliver cloud-native applications using programming models like CAP/RAP/XSA.

·      Extend and automate apps with languages like JavaScript, NodeJS, or ABAP RAP, and work within an agile team to design and implement cutting-edge functionalities.

·      Develop interfaces and integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI-DS, including Open Connectors and API management.

·      Explain complex technical issues to project managers and business analysts.

·      Design system specifications, standards, and programming.

·      Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP ABAP, Master Data Management/Governance/Migration, SAP Cloud Platform Applications, SAP PO/PI, SAP BTP Integration Suite, or CPI-DS experience.
• Proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) or SAP MDG tools, including ABAP skills and knowledge of MDG data models, workflows, and Business Rules Framework (BRF).
• Experience with SAP Business Objects (BODS) and knowledge of PS SQL or experience with SAP Master Data Migration, including tools like LSMW, LTMC (Migration Cockpit), or Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) Tool.
• Experience with frontend programming languages like SAP UI5, JavaScript, or ReactJS.
• Experience with SOAP and REST, SAP PO/PI or EAI/SOA best practices and API-based integration.
• Knowledge of SAP product standards, SAP BTP services and related technologies, coding guidelines, and cloud qualities in the development environment.
• Experience delivering in Scrum, Agile, and other methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for quality, on-time delivery, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
